Note for U.S. Based Healthcare Employers

Nursing America specializes in recruiting experienced nurses from Mexico and Canada. We recognize the level of demand for qualified, talented nurses. This is why we conduct a thorough recruiting process to connect you with ideal candidates.  We ensure that our nurses are proficient English-speakers and have the clinical experience to provide quality care. In order to qualify for our process, all nurses have a university degree in nursing from an accredited institution.  They must pass the NCLEX exam to be eligible to work in the United States.

Our secret sauce is simple. Once we find the right candidate, we expedite the approval of their U.S. work visa and provide a path to permanent residency. This allows us to connect you to a bilingual, hard-working nursing staff. Contact us now to find out how to enroll your hospital or facility as a designated employer of choice.

While we are based in St Louis and work primarily with local employers, our nurse candidates express interest for jobs across all corners of the United States.

Legal and Relocation Process

All our candidates undergo a background check to search for criminal records, global watchlist as well as employment and education verification. Our legal team handles all the work visa requirements to make our candidates eligible to work in the United States. Finally, we handle relocation and help our candidates assimilate to their new environment.

Nursing America recognizes the hardships of human trafficking. All of our personnel and contractors have undergone training to recognize the signs of human trafficking and take action to eliminate it in our practice. Nursing America pledged to help end human trafficking with the Alliance for Freedom, Restoration and Justice. We invite you to learn more about this crisis and take the pledge on behalf of yourself or your business.
